1. Registration and ordering
1.1 Registration in the basic online store is not mandatory, but placing an order requires the following contact information: Name, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.

1.2. In connection with the first order, you can register as a consumer, sports club or company in GT Jiu Jitsu Oy customer register by stating your name and other mandatory information.
As a registered customer, you can log in to your own customer account where you will find all your customer data and address information, Order History, Payment Refunds, Coupons, Merchandise Returns, My Wish List, Gift Cards, Auction, and Affiliate Refunds.

2. Binding nature of the order

2.2 The binding sales agreement enters into force when GT Jiu Jitsu Oy has sent an order confirmation by e-mail.
2.3. The consumer has the right to cancel the entire order or parts of the order by e-mail or telephone before delivery of the order. Delivery has taken place when a part of the order has been delivered to the consumer or a notice that the order has been sent, for example, by post or travel service.
2.4. After placing a consumer order, GT Jiu Jitsu Oy does not have the right to change the terms of the contract.
3. Prices
3.1. The valid price is the price in GT Jiu Jitsu Oy online store. The valid price is in Euros (EUR) including valid VAT. GT Jiu Jitsu Oy reserves the right to change prices.
3.2. Delivery costs will be added to the order. Delivery costs are calculated according to Finnish Post, UPS, GLS or Matkahuolto price list. For private customers, we deliver orders over EUR 200.00 free of charge to EU countries, and for sports clubs and retailers, the free delivery limit is EUR 400.00 to EU countries. Delivery costs outside the EU and the Customs export declaration are calculated according to UPS, Finnish Post or GLS price list
4. Delivery
4.1. If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is one to five (1-5) working days from the time payment is received.
4.2. If the product is absolutely desired by a certain date, it must be mentioned separately, eg when placing an order. GT Jiu Jitsu Oy will act in accordance with the needs of consumers with regard to delivery, if this is reasonably possible.
4.3. If the consumer buys products for which GT Jiu Jitsu Oy has notified different delivery times, the order will be delivered in accordance with the longest announced delivery time.
4.4. GT Jiu Jitsu Oy Delivers to EU member states. All deliveries by GT Jiu Jitsu Oy take place via Finnish Post, UPS, GLS or Matkahuolto, unless otherwise agreed between the consumer and GT Jiu Jitsu Oy.
4.5. The customer also has the opportunity to pick up the product from GT Jiu Jitsu Oy logistics warehouse. See contact information on the website.
5. Terms of payment
5.1. Payment is made using the following payment methods: (a, b and c)
(a) Advance payment.
Once a payment order has been logged into our account, we will send the order immediately.
The amount of the payment order can be found in the order confirmation sent by the online store.
b) Online Payments.
GT Jiu Jitsu Oy has several different suppliers of this service.
VismaPay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via VismaPay's online service and VismaPay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. VismaPay forwards payments to the online merchant. With the Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment period. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. 6. Returns
6.1. The consumer has the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product (s), excluding the date of receipt. The returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as when received. The product must be marketable, it must not contain dirt such as animal hair.
6.2. Auction and depreciation products have no right of return / exchange.
6.3. The consumer is expected to make a return notification in the online store system from his / her own account information in the section on returns or if he / she has ordered as a guest with the order number in the online store in the section on returns. 7. Shipments broken during transport
7.1. Occasionally, despite careful packaging, packages may be damaged during mail delivery. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product (s) has also been damaged, report the damage immediately at the post office. 8. Complaints
8.1. If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the product is damaged, etc., the consumer must notify TJJS Kamppailuvaruste Oy within a reasonable time in the online store system of his / her account information in the returns section or if he / she has ordered as a guest. Incorrect delivery will be returned in accordance with the instructions given by TJJS Kamppailuvaruste Oy (item 6). Return will take place after the complaint has been made. 9. Force majeure
9.1.
